Raj Sharma is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and management sector, holding a degree in Hotel Management from IHM PUSA and an MBA from a reputed university. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, he has successfully run businesses across various industries, including several growth-oriented hotels that have tripled in size under his leadership.
Throughout his career, Raj has honed his skills in operations management, guest relations, financial management, marketing and sales, human resources, compliance, and safety, primarily in 5-star luxury hotels and restaurants. His comprehensive understanding of these areas positions him as a strategic leader committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational excellence and create exceptional guest experiences.

Holding a Master of Arts (Hons.) and a Bachelor of Education, Nisha’s passion for teaching drives her commitment to empowering underprivileged children. She possesses a holistic understanding of both India and the global landscape, complemented by exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Her extensive knowledge across various subjects enriches her approach to consultancy.
